Amanda was born and raised in Mississippi and has called the Alabama Gulf Coast home since 2014. She and her husband serve as pastors at The Gathering in Lillian, AL. Amanda holds an Associate Degree in Hospitality Management with a focus on hospitality and leadership. She further honed her skills by completing the Disney Leadership Program in the summer of 2021. In January 2023, she expanded her expertise by earning her Alabama Real Estate License after successfully completing the state’s real estate course. She has been in Property Management for over 8 years. Beyond her professional endeavors, Amanda has a passion for adventure and the arts. She loves traveling, scuba diving, boating, and spending time on the beach. She is also a proud fur mom to two lovable labs—Chubz, a chocolate lab, and Bandit, a black lab.

Kaci Baggett was born and raised on the beautiful Gulf Coast. She attended Huntingdon College, earning a B.A. in Business Management. With years of experience in property management and hospitality along the coast, Kaci has a deep understanding of the area and its community. She currently resides in Gulf Shores with her husband and enjoys spending her free time reading, kayaking, golfing, and being on the water. Kaci is dedicated to building strong connections with prospective tenants, ensuring they feel at home from the start.

Sammie Barberi

Sammie was born in Adak, Alaska but has been a Pensacola local for over 25 years, so she knows the area well. She comes to us with 10+ years of property management experience and is equipped with a Bachelor's in Hospitality, Recreation & Resort Management from the University of West Florida. Her favorite pastimes away from work include hitting the ballfields to play softball with her husband, and spending quality time with her 2 boys and the family dogs.

Deborah Tindall has been in the property management industry for four years. A Pensacola native born and raised, she earned a two-year degree in Medical Technology from Pensacola State College (formerly PJC). She is the proud mother of two grown sons and grandmother to three beautiful granddaughters. On the weekends, she enjoys traveling with her oldest granddaughter to watch her play softball. When she’s not at the ballpark, she loves spending time on the water and at the beach with family and friends.

Donna was born and raised in Alabama, moved to Florida in 1999 on a whim, and has loved every minute of it! She entered the property management world 40 years ago and has never wanted to do anything else. She loves her owners and tenants and has called Pointe South home for over 12 years. When not working, she enjoys spending time in the kitchen with her son Chris and her fur-baby Ollie creating new dishes. When not in the kitchen, she loves yard sales, and thrift stores, and loves a good football game (Roll Tide!).
