When not assisting her team and clients, you will find her renovating her 1976 Airstream - a never-ending project!

Donna was born and raised in Alabama, moved to Florida in 1999 on a whim, and has loved every minute of it! She entered the property management world 40 years ago and has never wanted to do anything else. She loves her owners and tenants and has called Pointe South home for over 12 years. When not working, she enjoys spending time in the kitchen with her son Chris and her fur-baby Ollie creating new dishes. When not in the kitchen, she loves yard sales, and thrift stores, and loves a good football game (Roll Tide!).

Kaci Baggett was born and raised on the beautiful Gulf Coast. She attended Huntingdon College where she earned B.A. in Business Management. Working along the coast has given her many years of experience in property management and hospitality. Currently residing in Gulf Shores with her husband and fur baby, Daisy. In her free time, Kaci enjoys kayaking, golfing, running 5k’s and just being on the water. She enjoys working closely with our prospective tenants.

Sammie Barberi

Sammie was born in Adak, Alaska but has been a Pensacola local for over 25 years, so she knows the area well. She comes to us with 10+ years of property management experience and is equipped with a Bachelor's in Hospitality, Recreation & Resort Management from the University of West Florida. Her favorite pastimes away from work include hitting the ballfields to play softball with her husband, and spending quality time with her 2 boys and the family dogs.

When not helping tenants find the right home, she’s passionate about assisting animals. She’s mother of all boys and describes her family as fun, adventurous, and full of surprises – much like property management!

Daisye is a dedicated professional in all realms of property management and operations. Born and raised in the heart of South Alabama, Daisye cherishes the close-knit community values instilled in her upbringing. Today, she proudly calls Gulf Shores her home. Outside of her professional life, she is an avid reader and writer but also enjoys staying active through playing tennis, riding bikes, and spending a pretty day at the beach or going out on the boat.

Kuowen "Cowen" is a New England native who relocated to the Pensacola area in 2015. Early in 2023, he entered the real estate/property management industry. When Kuowen has free time, he enjoys watching college football games, going to parks, traveling, relaxing at the beautiful beaches, and eating out at pet-friendly restaurants with his Labrador, Brutus.
